Woo Hoo, I made it through the first week of my marathon training plan!  Today was a cross-training day so I rode the stationary bike.  I also did some strength training on the machines in the fitness center.  
I blew my nutrition for today by eating some powdered sugar mini donuts!  Will I ever learn?!  When I do stuff like that, I find myself scrambling the rest of the day trying to make up for my splurge.  It never works.  lol!
I'm very excited to see how I do this next week.  I will be in Bastrop, Texas for my 10-mile walk.  There are hills, no Mountains on the roads down there!  :-)
