I am not sure why, but I woke up hurting this morning. I knew I was supposed to walk for 60 minutes, so I put my running clothes on, and out the door I went! I made a decision many years ago that I was not going to let the pain I live with dictate what I did. Now don't be concerned, I know the difference between just pain from normal stuff I deal with and injury pain. Injury pain I do not mess with. I probably just slept wrong or too long on one side. Anyway, it took about 1/2 mile before the pain eased up. I made it the 3.5 miles I was aiming at achieving.
I also did a pretty good job in the eating category today. We won't mention the french fries I ate at dinner. Maybe they won't hurt me too much!! lol.
