Today was day two of my marathon training. According to my plan, I walked leisurely for 28 minutes. I'm using the Jeff Galloway "Run/Walk/Run" Method.   But since I do not run, we call it my "Walk/Wog/Walk Method.  I try to jog, but it turns into this fast walk.

I did quite well on my nutrition today. Well, good until I was on my way home and ended up at McDonald's for a hamburger!  I really have to break that habit; again!!
