Marathon Training Day 3.  Today was a good day for me.  I kept a fairly level pace on my 1st long run of this training program. Usually I slow down the last few miles, but I did not have to today. Yea!
I also did not have to battle my mind on what to eat today.  I'm still trying to decide what to do for my cross-training days and strength-training exercises.

Well, I guess that is all for tonight.
